Start remote support

Open the support tool on your device. Then send me the ID or code. You approve every access step.

Tip: If TeamViewer is blocked, Windows often works directly with Quick Assist.

How it works

  1. Open the tool (TeamViewer QuickSupport or Windows Quick Assist).
  2. Send the ID or code.
  3. Approve access. Done.

Before we start

  • Have the error message or a screenshot ready.
  • Make sure power and a stable connection are available.
  • Have an admin password ready if updates are needed.

Screen sharing works. Remote control depends on the device and may require an add-on.
